Amy Gover

Admissions Coordinator/Marketing and Public Relations - Crowne Health Care  

A graduate from Troy State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1999. She was hired by Crowne in 2003 as a Social Services Representative and moved into her current position as Admissions Coordinator in 2010. She also is responsible for all marketing and public relations duties for the facility.


David Lassey

Physical Therapist– Crowne Health

A graduate of Terryville High School in 1988 then served in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 1994 as an Army Aviator, chief warrant officer.  He attended the University of Connecticut and graduated in 1998, magna cum laude, with a B.S., in Allied Health, Physical Therapy.

David has worked in the acute care hospital setting, outpatient therapy, home healthcare, and skilled nursing facility settings. He has taught human anatomy and kinesiology at Wallace College in Dothan, and is an American Physical Therapy Association Credentialed Clinical Instructor for PT and PTA students from various colleges and universities. He is currently the Physical Therapist at Crowne Healthcare of Eufaula.
